Gems Care mission is simple. To open opportunities of independence & increase the presence of the person in developing and delivering their own support needs. To empower & encourage growth no matter how small.

Gems Care will advocate the rights of a person, listen & act to the participants vision as Gems Care believes this is the power tool needed for a better quality of life.

Gems Care identifies the need to develop consistent collaborations between multidisciplinary teams and having the participant at the centre. As we work together, we share our knowledge, our passion & ultimately, we will achieve the highest of outcomes. 

By living life to its fullest, we hope to help the participants to become the best version of themselves.

Gems Care will strive to always respect others, to show our admiration to those we support as we recognise the hardships and struggles a person with disabilities can face daily.

We will show due regard for the feelings, wishes and rights of others in all we do.

Gems Care will empower the people we support, by committing to bring the person with disabilities into the forefront of all we do. We will listen and create pathways for the people we support, to make them feel stronger & more confident. Especially in controlling their own life and claiming back their own rights.

Gems Care will lead by example! We will be proud of our understanding and our experiences whether positive or not. We will continue to lead the next generation into a more compassionate world.

Gems Care established itself through humble beginnings, walking a life herself of hardship, navigating a world in its time where there were less understanding of difference. Gems Care knows firsthand that out of humble beginnings can sometimes create the greatest of success stories. We will remain bespoke service for those with more unique and complex needs.
